The Genesis: November 2023
TruKKer’s Great Place to Work journey began with a bold first step, one that made history. In November 2023, TruKKer simultaneously earned certifications in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman and Turkey. It was a cultural declaration across the Gulf and also in Europe. A testament that a logistics company could thrive by putting its people first. Each certification reflected a message: TruKKer’s culture doesn’t adapt to geography; it elevates it.
KSA Spotlight: Leadership, Loyalty & a Legacy in Motion
TruKKer Arabia continued to shine under the dynamic leadership of Muataz Alsafi (CDO) and Paul Bassil (MD – KSA & Bahrain), guided by the vision of Gaurav Biswas and Pradeep Mallavarapu and was recognised as one of “Best Workplaces of KSA in 2024”
Asia’s Pinnacle Moment – August 2024
In August 2024, TruKKer ascended to the magnum opus of the awards, earning a coveted spot among the “Top 100 Best Workplaces in Asia”. What started as a dream seven years ago between two friends—Gaurav Biswas and Pradeep Mallavarapu grew into a logistics powerhouse, connecting vital supply chains across EMEA Region.
At the prestigious GPTW Asia Awards ceremony, TruKKer’s CTO & Co-Founder, Pradeep Mallavarapu and CPO, Capt (Dr) Pranav Prasoon Thakur, accepted the “Asia’s Best Workplaces 2024” distinction. Their presence on that stage represented not just corporate achievement but the collective spirit of every TruKKerati who had contributed to building this exceptional culture.
Consecutive Excellence – November 2024
The saga continued with another milestone as TruKKer KSA, UAE, and Oman were officially certified as Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year, proof that TruKKer’s people-first culture wasn’t just thriving, it was evolving and embedding itself deeply across the Gulf. Around the same time, TruKKer India made its debut with a resounding win, achieving Great Place to Work® Certification on the first attempt with an outstanding 98% score—affirmation that the TruKKer ethos could take root swiftly and powerfully in one of the world’s most competitive talent markets.
Saudi Arabia’s Special Recognition – January 2025
The new year began with TruKKer being honoured with the “Best Workplaces in KSA 2025” award. Muataz Alsafi (Chief Development Officer) and Paul Bassil (Country MD, KSA) accepted the accolade at the ceremony in Riyadh, representing the dedication of the entire Saudi team.
UAE’s Outstanding Achievement – February 2025
Great Place to Work® Middle East unveiled the Top 100 Best Workplaces in UAE™ 2025 list, recognising exceptional organisations across three size categories. In the Small Organisations category, TruKKer proudly secured Rank #26, standing tall among the UAE’s most competitive workplace landscape and proving that size doesn’t determine the strength of culture.
European Breakthrough – April 2025
In April, the recognition crossed continents. TruKKer Türkiye was officially listed among the Best Workplaces in the EU. This achievement represented TruKKer’s first European recognition, proving that the company’s fast-moving, people-first culture could transcend not just regional boundaries but continental ones.
